Frequently asked questions

Are the products food-safe?

Yes — all our products are safe for contact with food.

How do I care for them?

Hand wash them with lukewarm water and mild soap, then dry well. Don’t put them in the dishwasher or in hot water.

Can I order my own shape?

Of course — that’s our favourite part. Send us a drawing, photo or logo and we’ll create the design and send you a preview before we make it.

How long do production and delivery take?

Designs from our collection are usually ready within a few days. Deadlines for custom designs are agreed individually, and courier delivery within Serbia usually takes 1–2 business days.

How do I pay?

You can pay cash on delivery when you receive the parcel, or by bank transfer.

Do you ship outside Serbia?

For international orders, just write to us and we’ll arrange the best shipping option.
